Pre-Kinder, Kinder, 1st Grade: Students must be 4, 5, and 6 years respectively before December 31st. All new students must have a recent photograph (2 x 2), complete transcript, letter of conduct and letter of credit from previous school,P-VAC-3 Immunization Form (green document), original birth certificate, copy of social security card, psychometric evaluation (if required), physical exam, eye exam, hearing exam and a letter of credit from previous school. New students from grades 1st through 6th are required to take an entrance exam, at Learn Aid office.
Registration for new students will begin on February 19, 2018. You must fill out the registration contract form accompanied with registration payment, plus all documents. Entrance exam test for 2nd through 6th grade will be by appointment at Learn Aid Office, Tel.(787) 764-2665. Interview for new students for Pre- Kinder & Kinder and First Grade will be held at the school. Failure to fulfill this requirement will also result in no registration.
